Duchesne County is accepting sealed bids for video & production of events at the Duchesne County Fair between August 8th and August 13th, 2016. Sealed bids will be accepted from 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 19, 2016 until 5:00 p.m. Friday, January 29, 2016 and can be mailed to Commission Assistant, BobbiJo Casper, PO Box 270, Duchesne, Utah 84021 or delivered to 734 North Center Street, Duchesne Utah. Bids that are mailed must be received by Bobbijo Casper by the closing date and time. Bids will be opened and reviewed on Monday, February 1, 2016 at 9:30 am. Duchesne County reserves the right to accept or deny any or all bids. The County Commissioners decision will be final. No verbal or electronic bids will be accepted. Duchesne County is now ALL-BY-MAIL voting. Please check with the County Clerk's Office to see if your information is correct and you have a signature on file. You are eligible to vote in Utah if you are a United States citizen, at least 18 years old on or before election day, and will have resided in the State for 30 days prior to election day.
If you are an incarcerated felon you are not eligible to vote in Utah.
Municipal Elections to elect the mayor and council members are nonpartisan and are held on odd-numbered years. These elections are administered by the City offices and the polling places may be different than those used in even-numbered years.
Countywide elections are held in even-numbered years and are administered by the County Clerk/Auditor office.

Registration may be done year round except for the 15-day period preceding any primary, general or special election. (UCA 20A-2-101(2))
