Duchesne County Contracts.

Duchesne County periodically releases Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Invitations to Bid, and other types of solicitations, for a variety of services and development opportunities. If you are interested in responding, you can check the announcements at the bottom of this page as addenda or notices on specific solicitations will be posted as they become available.
All proposals and responses must be submitted to the Clerk's Office by the time and date indicated. Submissions can be made in person or by special delivery to the County offices. Submissions can also be mailed to the Clerk's Office PO Box but extra time should be provided in order that submissions arrive by the time and date indicated.




Elections Information

Duchesne County is now ALL-BY-MAIL voting. Please check with the County Clerk's Office to see if your information is correct and you have a signature on file. You are eligible to vote in Utah if you are a United States citizen, at least 18 years old on or before election day, and will have resided in the State for 30 days prior to election day.
If you are an incarcerated felon you are not eligible to vote in Utah.
Municipal Elections to elect the mayor and council members are nonpartisan and are held on odd-numbered years. These elections are administered by the City offices and the polling places may be different than those used in even-numbered years.
Countywide elections are held in even-numbered years and are administered by the County Clerk/Auditor office.
The Election Division is under the direction of JoAnn Evans, Duchesne County Clerk/Auditor.
Registration may be done year round except for the 15-day period preceding any primary, general or special election. (UCA 20A-2-101(2))


Public Notices.

A Public Body is any administrative, advisory, executive, or legislative body of the state or its political subdivisions that: is created by the Utah Constitution, statute, rule, ordinance, or resolution; consists of two or more persons; expends, disburses, or is supported in whole or in part by tax revenue; and is vested with the authority to make decisions regarding the public's business.

A Public Notice is a way of informing the general public of government or government-related activities which may concern their local area, municipality, county, or state.
